Question 1: Is this course suitable for complete beginners?
Absolutely — this course is designed for people with little or no experience in herbal medicine. You don’t need any prior knowledge, just curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Question 2: How much time will I need to commit each month?
On average, expect about 2–4 hours per month for live classes, watching Q&As, and optional assignments. There’s no exams or grades — you set your pace and choose how deep you go.

Aside from friends and family, no. This is an educational course only. It’s designed to help you safely use herbs for yourself, family, and friends in everyday ways. We’ll cover ethics and legal boundaries so you understand what’s safe and appropriate.
